The phase 3 development at the Covenant Health Evanston Campus is a 120-unit Seniors Independent Living Facility. The 3 storey wood-frame building is stepped across the sloping site with a partial underground parkade. In this facility, residents live independently in one or two bedroom apartments with kitchenettes and fully accessible washrooms. Residents are served three meals a day in a grand dining room with cathedral ceilings and a two storey window wall facing southeast. Other amenities include a chapel, salon, wellness centre, country kitchen, library and numerous lounge areas. Generous gardens also surround the building with a private fenced courtyard with south orientation, complete with benches, BBQ and fountains.
